RETURNS

A return can be made within 14 days of the original order date. The item(s) must be in it's original packaging and unopened. Glues and liquids are non refundable due to hygiene reasons. 

Sale and offer items and on refundable, this includes the buy 5 trays get 1 free. 

Damaged or faulty goods on arrival may be returned. Please advise of the fault within 14 days of order for us to send out a returns label to be posted back to us. The item will be inspected upon return and a refund will be issued if deemed faulty.

Returns shipping costs are not covered by Browlashes so please use a tracked postal service to return any items to ensure they are received by us.
