Training course deposits are non refundable. Once a date has been secured with a deposit payment the date cannot be changed. A new deposit will need to be made for the amended date of choice. 

If the course is paid in full when booking and you do not attend or in fact cancel before the course date, the amount is non refundable and full payment is needed to book again.
